Lakshya mainly focuses on eliminating unemployment among the underprivileged population of rural India. The project aims to train the unemployed youth in the healthcare sector to help them get suitable placements, which in turn will improve the socio-economic status and make them independent. It creates opportunities for youth development; promotes equality through participation and inclusion of all the individuals, groups, etc.
The project is conducted in phases. Several students have been trained and provided placement as General Duty Assistants in Wadi, Karnataka.
Timeline- 6 Months.
Once training is imparted, assessment is conducted through NSDC affiliated organisation and certificates are awarded to the qualifiers.
